We provide onsite and remote business consulting services (to Canadian companies). We will get to know your business with a no-obligation session to determine if we are the right fit to help with your problem.

With a one-month engagement, we will thoroughly assess your business through interviews, strategic surveys and questionnaires to staff and management. 2DaysAMonth will evaluate your product/service offering, business processes, key metrics and leadership methodology to develop and recommend a path forward.

Month-to-month engagements will continue with 1:1 sessions with management to implement the solution(s). Engagements will only continue for as long as they are needed. Our goal is to help you move forward independently. Follow-up assessments and support are available with 1:1 sessions designed to support the sustainability of business solutions that we have implemented.

Founder & CEO

Kevin has held a number of C-Level positions over his career. And as head of his own consulting firm has provided advisory services to many organizations. The following two abilities are what have kept Kevin in demand by both clients and boards of directors:
